Me in a nutshell

I am a certified Senior Project Manager, overseeing a broad base of operations, including the direct management of large-scale IT projects / programs related to digital solutions and process automation for the European Institutions, the financial sector and other operators globally located.


My project management expertise gained in different industries makes me ready to steer the success of IT initiatives for any kind of organisation.


What I find most attractive for my day-to-day work is the possibility to create new solutions to tackle strategic goals.

Management of an IT portfolio of projects within the Customs domain.
Responsibilities include the successful delivery of the project portfolio on time and within budget, ensuring that business outcomes are achieved and risks are effectively resolved or mitigated.

Development and continuous improvement of the Portfolio execution processes and standards, seeking contributions from other Project Managers, Application and Infrastructure development teams, to ensure that the standards meet best practice.

  • Oversight of incoming new work requests, assisting senior management with continuous portfolio management (status, projections, resource planning, new request monitoring), ongoing budget reviews (actual vs budget analysis, projections, periodic reporting), cost projections in the future across the portfolio.

  • Work with onshore and offshore IT delivery, support and vendor teams to successfully deliver the portfolio of work.

  • Prepare consolidated material from program reports for review; complete and distribute monthly operational review reports.

  • Manage the portfolio of projects through the full project management and software development lifecycle, complying with DG TAXUD internal policies and processes for IT project delivery.

  • Ensure consistency and best-practice methodologies for project delivery are followed across all platform teams and projects within the portfolio.
